Refund Policy

Full Access Plan - Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the Billing portal (Dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you retain full access until then.

We do not issue partial-month refunds for monthly subscriptions. If you cancel mid-month, you will not be charged again but no refund will be issued for the remaining days in your current period.

Lifetime Access Plan - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchased the Lifetime Access Plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email areprepsupport@gmail.com with the subject line "Lifetime Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

After 30 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable. This policy exists because lifetime access is a one-time purchase at a significant discount relative to a monthly subscription.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We process refunds through Stripe.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests from accounts that have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., credential sharing, content scraping).
